Hello and welcome from the team at Burford Secretarial.
Back in 2005 Charlotte Burford discovered that many people and businesses often had workloads that were beyond their means. Many of these could not justify the cost of employing additional staff or the costs involved with this. Charlotte realised that she could help and founded Burford Secretarial for this purpose.
With over 14 years experience in Secretarial and Personal Assistant Support, Charlotte and the team can offer clients a broad range of services and understand many of their needs.
Every member of the Burford Secretarial team is a professional Virtual Assistant and between us we have over 40 years of experience supporting our clients.

Meet The Team
Charlotte Burford
As our founding member Charlotte is the driving force behind Burford Secretarial. Her professional manner and diversity of experience has enabled her to quickly identify the needs of our clients and has helped them to achieve their goals.
Charlotte began her career when she took an RSA typing class at the age of 16 and was hooked instantly. She has since acquired over 15 years Secretarial/PA experience with backgrounds in insurance, accountancy, surveying and predominately legal.
Of course working the role is never enough for Charlotte and whilst working as a Legal Secretary she pursued and gained a professional LLB Law Degree.
Charlotte has always felt that she should not just work for our clients, but understand how their business works and learn how best to support their needs.
Lyndsey McKendry
Lyndsey McKendry is a excellent VA and audio typist in her own right as well as setting up the highly successful Call Team for call handling. Lyndsey’s admin skils are next to none and she takes great pride and skill in any work she receives. With Lyndsey you are in good hands.
Sally Walker
Sally is our Social Media and Website expert. Sally has been working in social media and web design for over 15 years and is well known in the social media industry. There is no problem to big or small that Sally can’t help with. She can help design and build a website, update an existing website, help with your SEO rankings, design logo’s, set up Facebook Fan Pages, Twitter accounts etc. You name it anything social media related Sally can do it.
