Prices
The prices for our services are as follows:
Standard Pricing
General admin
£25 per hour for ad hoc work
Transcription work
• Standard clear 1 person: £1.30 per audio minute
• Interview of up to 3 people: £1.50 per audio minute
• Interview of 3+: £1.75 per audio minute
All transcription if under 1 hour long and received by 5pm will be returned by 10am the next working day. If files are required before this time frame then a surcharge of £0.15 per audio minute will be applicable.
Retainer/PAYG Packages
Discounts will be available on monthly retainer packages (payable in advance) and Pay As You Go packages as stated below:
General Admin:
• Package 1 – 10 hours @ £24 p/hr
• Package 2 – 20 hours @ £23 p/hr
• Package 3 – 30+ hours @ £21 p/hr
Transcription work:
• Package A – 10 hours @ £1.20-£1.65 per audio minute
• Package B – 20 hours @ £1.10-£1.55 per audio minute
• Package C – 30+ hours @ £1.00-£1.45 per audio minute
