We support our clients Virtually and are a flexible resource to your business. We have our own offices where we will complete any works required and as a flexible resource you only pay for the time and resources that you use.

As a business professional you already know how important it is to manage your time and ensure that your work is always of a high standard.
Often there is so much going on that you cannot even remember where you are going next and end up working after hours in the office just to catch up.
We will:
● Organise and manage your diary and keep you updated of any changes.
● Speak with your clients to confirm your appointments in advance.
● Esure that you know where they are and how to get there.
● Organise any travel arrangements needed for your meeting.
● Provide audio typists for you that will transcribe your letters and reports.
As we are a Virtual Assistant we are not an employee so you only pay for the time you use.
Legal & Medical
Burford Secretarial believes that if you are going to support a business that you should understand that business. For this reason our founding member (Charlotte Burford) worked for and gained a LLB Law Degree whilst working as a Legal Secretary for a London Law firm.
All of our associates have professional skills and have worked in their industries for many years before joining Burford Secretarial.
We also understand the security requirements of the legal and medical professions and will ensure that any works completed and transmitted are secure.
Trades
Being a professional tradesman is not always easy. You are your own boss working on the jobs you want to when you want to. However, red tape and paperwork soon catch up and before you know it, your business is running you.
Answering client calls whilst working for another client can be awkward. You don’t want to do it, but you need to talk to your clients or you loose business.
You are a professional and your work shows this. However, your quotes and invoices are often hand written and don’t always make the mark.
You need help but cannot afford to hire the staff or even provide space for them.

We believe in supporting Charities in the work that they do.
We will support you by raising money through the activities that we take part in and also by saving you money. We offer a reduced rate for our services to charities with the aim of providing you with a professional service at a price suitable to your needs.
